Shipping Details & How to Enjoy Your Pie

Each pie is baked fresh, frozen and shipped frozen with dry ice. Upon receipt, please place in your freezer until the day you would like to enjoy it. Easy instruction to thaw or reheat are below.

We ship every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. When ordering, you will select a day that your pie will ship (not be delivered). Upon receiving your pie, please place in the freezer until the day you wish to enjoy it.

We have noticed that if you select Next Day AM, there are fewer interruptions or delays in the delivery.

Please place it in the freezer until the day you want to serve it.

Enjoying your pie later today?

Key West Lime, Fall Pumpkin - Unwrap pie. Place in refrigerator. Leftovers? Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3-4 days.

Cowgirl Chocolate, Southern Pecan, Caramel Chess - Unwrap pie. Bring to room temperature. Do not reheat. Leftovers? Keep at room temperature and enjoy within 3-4 days.

Harvest Apple, Blue Ridge Blueberry, Carolina Classic Cherry, other Seasonal Fruit Pie - Pre-heat oven 325 degrees. Unwrap pie and place in oven straight from freezer (do not let it thaw). Bake 25 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes if inside is still cool. Do not overbake as the pie arrives fully baked and overbaking will dry it out. Leftovers? Keep at room temperature and enjoy within 3-4 days.
